Phil Kaplan is your host. After growing up in New York, and finding his entry into a fitness profession at Jack La Lanne Health Spas, he journeyed through every aspect of the fitness field as an author, bodybuilder, presenter, speaker, interviewer, media personality, health club owner, personal fitness trainer, and educator. Today he makes his home in South Florida and is committed to spreading the virtues of a fitness lifestyle. His latest mission is to establish a middle ground between fitness and medicine where individuals of all ages and fitness levels can take responsibility for their own health and well being.

Adriana Martin came to the U.S. from Venezuela and connected with Phil when he hired her as his group exercise director at Fitness 21. She has since launched an independent career and has proven to be a fitness media personality with a compelling message, especially for moms. Adriana believes the key to changing the fitness level of future generation rests in educating today’s mother. She has become Phil’s co-host and brings a great dynamic and energy to the show.

Brennan Forsyth is the show producer and contributes not only his high level technical expertise from his mainstream radio career, but also searches the media outlets for entertaining and noteworthy fitness related news and commentary.
